Where We Began: Retention Marketing We started by helping brands grow their top-line revenue through expert retention marketing. By integrating into teams as if we were in-house, we’ve guided our clients to generate 30–40% of their total revenue through email and SMS alone. We’ve worked across CPG, Apparel, Cosmetics, Home Goods, and more. How We’ve Expanded in 2025: Product With a background in product development, domestic and overseas production, and a deep love for aesthetics, expanding into product was the natural next step for Galdho. We’ve manufactured thousands of products and assembled a team capable of taking ideas from sketch to shelf. This includes a full in-house design team that handles everything from ideation to physical product. In Q1 alone, we’ve collaborated with Vans, Seventh Heaven, Jonas, and more. What’s Next: Manufacturing & 3PL With three years of relationships built with both boutique ateliers and high-volume factories in Guangzhou, we’re narrowing the gap between brand owners and the full product lifecycle. We’ve learned the process, from late-night overseas calls to navigating every phase of product development, and now, we’re bringing that expertise to our clients. And what’s product without fulfillment? With more brands shipping directly from the source, we believe direct-to-consumer fulfillment from manufacturing hubs will only grow.
